First I woyld like to say that mine blow out and panning are not the best examples. I could have did a better job but I really didnt know how to fix the settings but I tried. But panning is a photo that focus on the object and everything around it is blurry.On my panning photo i think the ISO should have been a little more up.I had to set it to shutter speed for the Blow out and for my panning I had to set it to apeture.
